PolyParadise Favorite Moments?
One can not simply pick out a single favorite moment. The Early Entry and Tear Down, and LNT walk over always stand out. Most definitely the amazing time spent with Shadow and LauraZ is at the top of the list. This is our third year to lead the PP Kitchen as Bi-atches with Shadow and LauraZ. These three years in the PP Kitchen will also be highlights of my 11 years of Burning Man for sure. I love the social relationships that have formed while we have a blast in the PP Kitchen. Another favorite moment was Shadow and I introducing LauraZ to Burning Man for the first time in 2018. Her abundance of joy and energy made 2018 a relived burgin year for all of us. I love that we have introduced my oldest daughter Nikki and our middle daughter LauraZ into the burner family!
Why Burning Man?
You know how it feels to have such a close, comfortable, relationship with someone that you can say or do anything you feel like, no matter how crazy or off the wall it may be? And you know they will fully share how you feel. Burning man is like that. A huge place where you can just be who you feel like being, whenever you feel like it, and the whole place shares with you.
Burning History:
Last was a pivotal year for me at Burning Man. It was a milestone goal 10th burn and was the point I would decide to continue burning or not. We were talking with our burgin LauraZ in the PP kitchen about the pivotal decision. I asked her if she was enjoying her burn and if she thought she wanted to come back. She told me and Shadow to buckle up because she was setting HER goal on ten and so we had to be committed for at least 9 more burns with her.
Describe BM:
I can’t even begin. Just go with no hard expectations and embrace whatever happens
My Life:
Burning Man is not just a time or thing in the desert. It really is an inseparable part of my everyday life. I love Burning Man.
