Camper Bios - 2012

Chrispy MiracleChrispy Miracle here :) it looks like a lovely camp you all have.. Im excited to meet you all.. I have joined forces with Billybob and it looks like spirit is guiding me in your direction... so here is my bio...

I am from Albuquerque, New Mexico, born and raised to a ripe age of 30 years

2011 was my first burn. After being a part of a quasi-regional burner scene called 3 sided whole in New Mexico for the last decade or so, I finally, accidentally, ended up in Reno about a week before the burn.... enough people assumed my reasoning for being in Reno was Burning Man that after a couple days i started responding, "yes, I am here for the burn :) " Indeed , the playa grabbed hold and sucked me in, ripped my mind into pieces and reconfigured it on numerous occasions. amongst some other amazing things, I was given the playa name Miracle

about me... I am really good at having fun. I like to laugh until I have to tell everyone to shut up and calm down because my face muscles are hurting.... but i also like to get done what needs to get done so we can have that much fun. I like to dance.... well, no.... i NEED to dance!! music has always been a big part of my life and my latest motto is "crush grooves, rage life" These days I'm lovin playing the bass guitar, but also play guitar and a bit of drums, banjo, trumpet, and workin on the keys. I am a visual artist as well. I am a farmer/gardener and a massage therapist by trade and I aspire to throw music and art parties and festivals as part of my life's work as well. I grew up with a great deal of exposure to outdoor and wilderness activities and love it. I am a social butterfly and meet enough people that i often forget who is who... sorry in advance, i will eventually figure it out....

Why PolyParadise? Besides cruising to the burn with Billybob, I have for a while been working to bring polyamory into my life in a way that is open, loving and understandable to others. I often feel that my ideas about polyamory are difficult for people to grasp and I am excited to meet and learn from people who have further explored this path.

Burning Man advise? i received a letter at a mailbox iin the middle of the playa last year which pretty much sums it up.... it said:

" to the best you-

savor the good, burn the bad :) "

and have fun ... lots of fun.....

peace love and light
